Know Before You Go
- Similan National Park Tickets: Limited tickets must be purchased by 3:00 PM the day before your diving or snorkeling trip. Make sure to have your passport ready. Please note that these tickets are non-refundable, so we highly recommend booking your trips with us in advance to secure your spot.
- Sunscreen Policy: Only coral-friendly, biodegradable sunscreens are allowed in the Similan and Surin National Parks.

Kindly submit your dive preferences trip inquiries through our dedicated email or WhatsApp channels.

Our team will promptly assess the availability of your desired trips and respond to your inquiry within a short timeframe.

Upon your decision to proceed with a booking, we will provide a comprehensive booking form along with a detailed quotation invoice. Additionally, a secure link for a 50% payment deposit will be furnished (please note a 4% surcharge for credit/debit card transactions).

Upon successful payment, the reserved space will be promptly confirmed, securing your spot for the chosen trip.

A deposit receipt will be promptly issued as confirmation of the completed payment, ensuring transparency and record-keeping.

For your convenience, kindly save or print the issued receipt and have it readily available.

Your reservation process is successfully concluded, and our team is committed to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for you.
AFTER BOOKED

Kindly ensure settlement of the remaining balance before your scheduled departure date.

Failure to complete the remaining balance by 17:00 on the day preceding your departure will result in automatic confirmation decline, with no refund for the deposit.

Payments can be made in cash or via debit/credit card at Monkey Dive's office with conditions identical to the deposit. Should you be unable to check in at our office, alternative arrangements can be made.

Our office operates daily between 10:00 and 18:00. If you've opted to rent equipment and are unsure of your size, please provide your height, weight, and shoe size, or visit our office for assistance.
