Terms of service and cancellation policy
For daytrips and overnight trips onboard MV Camic (diving, snorkeling):

Monkey Dive Thailand will refund full amount paid by the customer where Monkey Dive Thailand have to cancel a trip or course set out below:

- Monkey Dive Thailand reserve the right to rearrange the order of any itinerary, to cancel or substitute elements of any plan without notice when local conditions force such changes.

Monkey Dive Thailand will not accept financial responsibility if a customer requires emergency evacuation and the boat must return to land.

All deposits are non-refundable where a cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to the start of the excursion or course.

All outstanding balances must be paid in full to Monkey Dive Thailand prior to departure or before course start. If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours before an excursion or course starts, there will be no refund.

If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours before start of excursion, the deposit is refundable and Monkey Dive Thailand may refund the outstanding balance, when paid. Monkey Dive Thailand will deduct 10% transfer fees from refunded amount.

If a guest decides not to dive or snorkeling due to ear problems, seasickness or other conditions that are not related to Monkey Dive Thailand, there will be no refund.
For Liveaboard:

The deposit paid by customer to confirm the booking is non-refundable where a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the day the liveaboard is due to depart.

All outstanding balances must be paid in full to Monkey Dive Thailand prior to departure or before course start. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before an liveaboard or course starts, there will be no refund.

If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before start of the liveaboard cruise, the deposit is refundable and Monkey Dive Thailand may refund the outstanding balance, when paid. SMonkey Dive Thailand will deduct 10% transfer fees from refunded amount.

If a customer decides not to dive or snorkeling due to ear problems, seasickness or other conditions that are not related to Monkey Dive Thailand, there will be no refund. Monkey Dive Thailand will not refund for skipped dives for any reason.
By making a booking with Monkey Dive Thailand you agree to accept these terms of service and cancellation policy.
Additional rules
New rules have been introduced for the Similans National Park for the season 2018 onwards.

Limited ticket allocation. With immediate effect all customers must be allocated a ‘ticket’ for entry into the Similans prior to departure. Numbers have been restricted.

Passport details. The passport number of you must be supplied to support all ticket applications.

For any cancelations, regardless of the current cancellation rule, we have to charge the national park fee because the national park tickets are linked to the name & passport number & Operators boat and NOT refundable & not a subject to change to another name.
