ADVANCED CERTIFICATION COURSE: 2 days - 5 dives
The PADI Advance Open Water course is the next step in the PADI continuing education system, it is designed to increase your confidence, experience and hone your diving skills. In the course you get to do Deep Dive and Underwater Navigation plus you get to choose any three Adventure dives with the help of your PADI Instructor making a total of five dives.
2 DAYTRIPS AT LOCAL SITE / OR 1 DAY AT LOCAL SITE 1 DAY AT SIMILAN ISLANDS.
Why not further your dive education whilst enjoying your dive trip? This is the ideal opportunity to become a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver. Learn about Navigation, Deep Diving, Search & Recovery, Peak Performance Buoyancy plus Wreck Diving or Fish Identification.
There are two options for this course. It can either be taken wholly at Khao Lak, in which case you will make three dives at our local house reef and two dives at one of our two local wrecks or you may prefer to combine the Advanced course with a day trip to the Similan Islands, in which case three dives will be at our local house reef and two dives will be at the Similan Islands.
The PADI Advanced Open Water manual is yours to keep at the end of the course and you will have the use of a free dive computer on all dives. Minimum age 12 years.
WHOLE DIVE COURSE AT SIMILAN LIVEABOARD , 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT (RECOMMEND)
All processes will be the same as above but you will more enjoyable with incredibly dive sites through Similan islands indeed.
You begin your training with knowledge development to ensure you understand the information necessary to safely complete you dives. This is done by completing the knowledge reviews in the Adventures of diving manual and the predive briefing given by your PADI Instructor.
The PADI Advance Open Water will open many more exciting and intriguing dive sites that lay in deeper water and your instructor will provide you with the skills, experience and knowledge to make these type of dives safe and comfortable. To help you became a safe and confident diver the PADI Underwater Navigation is critical. Your instructor will teach you to navigate with a compass and how to apply natural navigational skills. You will also learn how to estimate distances and be able to find your way to different points, and be able to get back to your starting point with ease.
