Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Monkey Dive Thailand. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with the balance due before departure or as specified in your booking confirmation.
Payment methods accepted include credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified during booking. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated.
Payment Options
1. Bank Transfer
- You can make the payment via a bank transfer with no extra fees (such as your WISE, Revolut or local providers). However, please ensure that the full amount is transferred, and no deductions are made on our end.
Please ensure that your bank transaction is fully processed and received by us prior to your trip departure. If the payment is not successfully completed by 18:00 on the day before your departure, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Credit Card Payment
- Payments by credit card incur an additional 4% fee. We can provide a secure payment link via this chat or email.
Terms & Conditions
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your departure.
• For departures within 30 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings are binding. ONLY cancellations for medical reasons are accepted providing you can produce a medical exam by a doctor supporting the claim. However it depends on cancellation policy of each boat.

If a cancellation is made before 12.00 the day before the tour, and a medical is produced 100% of the tour price will be refunded. Please note that bank fees will not be refunded (for example 3% credit card fee by any payment gateway). Cancellations after 12.00 the day before the tour will result in NO REFUND. However cancellation policy is subject to change depending on policy of each boat.

Monkey Dive Thailand will assist in providing supporting documentation for insurance claims.

Monkey Dive Thailand reserves the right to alter or cancel any tour/course destinations and/or schedules due to local conditions and in the interest of safety. Please note that any cancellation made by Monkey Dive Thailand will result in a full refund, including any bank fees.

Limited ticket allocation: With immediate effect all customers must be allocated a "ticket" for entry into Similan islands prior to departure. Numbers have been restricted.

Passport details: your passport number must be supplied to support all ticket applications.

For any cancellations: regardless of the current cancellation rule, we have to charge the national park fee because the national park tickets are linked to the name & passport number & operators boat and NOT refundable & NOT a subject to change to other names.

Trip is subject to change depending on weather, security conditions, or minimum passenger.

Amendment or cancellation depends on the condition of each boat. Monkey Dive Thailand reserve the right to change the conditions without prior notice.

In case of amendment/cancellation by customer (under the conditions of each boat), please inform in advance 7-21 days before a trip. The amount which paid will be the credit balance which valid within 31 Dec 2027.

To confirm the booking, the copy of (1)ID card/passport, (2) Diving license and (3) Emergency contact are required.
