Not many boats make a liveaboard in Phuket and South Andaman so, even Phuket is able to dive all year round but South Andaman, Koh Ha, Hin Dang, Hin Muang is closed from 15 May same as Similan. Phuket Liveaboard is a program for someone who wants to take dive courses at a budget price and before we are going to Koh Lipe in the low season.
